Basic Elements 100% Silk Bead Cord – White 5-piece Assortment
Each thread is 2m or 2.18yd long and comes with a pre-attached twisted wire threading needle. Silk is the thread of choice for delicately knotting exquisite freshwater pearl bracelets and necklaces. It’s also perfect for threading fine gemstone beads as well as seed beads. The pre-attached needle is manufactured into the end of the thread, so the end is no thicker than the thread itself. This makes stringing and knotting a breeze.
Pack includes:
– 2 x Size 2 / 0.45mm / 0.017″ threads (2m each) with needles attached
– 2 x Size 4 / 0.6mm / 0.023″ threads (2m each) with needles attached
– 1 x Size 6 / 0.7mm / 0.027″ thread (2m) with needle attached
We recommend using G-S Hypo Cement to seal your knots. Gimp or French Wire may be used to form your loops, or alternatively charlotte knot covers also make a great finish. Knotting tweezers or the BeadSmith Knotting Tool are very handy to make precise knotting quick and easy.
