Swarovski’s Limited Edition Animal Shapes are extremely rare. We don’t know why or for whom these pieces were actually made. We only know they were made for a specific purpose and they were never intended to be made available to the public. These crystals are very small and have no hole. Fancy Stones are faceted front and back giving them a thicker profile than a flat backed crystal so they have more depth and sparkle. They can be glued, set into epoxy clay, embedded into carved wood or a silver-smithed setting, or embedded into some other form of artwork or design.
