How does it work?

Simply spend $200 or more after wholesale discounts by June 30 2023. In July, we’ll issue a credit voucher based on your total product spend between June 20th and 30th.

  • Spend over $200 = 10% Store Credit (Minimum $20 credit)
  • Spend over $1000 = 15% Store Credit (Minimum $150 credit)

Multiple orders (excluding postage costs) will add to your total spend. We’ll notify eligible wholesale customers via SMS by July 10th with the value of your store credit. The credit can be used on any wholesale purchase made between issue date and September 30th 2023.

How to Spend Credit Online:

  • Check out your order and select the Beads N Crystals Gift Voucher payment option. This will take no payment.
  • We’ll apply your credit and contact you for any balance payment.

How to Spend Credit In-Store:

  • Remind us that you have a credit before making payment for your purchase.

Once a payment is made, we’re not able to apply a voucher, so it’s important to ensure you do not make a payment for your order until after we have applied the voucher.

When are the credits valid?

The credit is locked to your wholesale account and is not transferrable. The credit is valid from issue date until September 30th 2023. The wholesale minimum spend of $50 still applies before the credit is issued.

For example:

  • if you make a $55 purchase and have a $45 credit, the balance to pay would be just $10.
  • If you have a $100 credit and wish to purchase $60 today, there would be no balance to pay. The remaining $40 could then be used against a future purchase before the expiry date.
  • If you have a $30 voucher and have an order of $30, you will need to add an additional $20 worth of goods to meet the minimum wholesale order value of $50 before we could process the sale.

For online orders, remember to log in using the email address on your wholesale account to access wholesale pricing. You may need to use the “forgot password” feature if your online account hasn’t been used since May this year.
