Multiple members of the same household can each become VIP members via separate memberships. Alternatively, members of the same household may share a membership, however only the first purchase per month will collect the free gift. A membership cannot be shared between residents of separate households.

Free Caliper Pen

Join VIP 2026 early and receive a FREE Measuring Caliper Pen valued at $9.90. It measures in 1mm increments right up to 10cm, making it an essential tool for checking bead and finding sizes. It’s also a fully functioning pen with a retractable tip.

Online customers will receive the gift via post only when your membership order also contains any other physical items. We are unable to post the gift by itself on a membership-only postage-free order.

Terms & Conditions: VIP is open to all Bead Lover members

Bead Lover Membership (All retail customers for whom we have an email address on file)
• Available to Australian retail customers only. Not valid for wholesale or international clients.
• Points are automatically earned when a retail member card or account is used and accrue at 1 point per full dollar spent on each product (for example, $5 and $5.20 both earn 5 points; a 50c item earns no points regardless of quantity).
• No points on Swarovski, Preciosa, Sculpey, gift vouchers, repairs, clearance, sale, bulk discounts and special orders.
• Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
• When a member’s balance reaches 250 points, each block of 250 automatically converts to a $10 Loyalty Program Voucher. These vouchers are not governed by the Treasury Laws Amendment (Gift Cards) Act 2018. Each voucher is transferable, valid for 12 months from issue, and may be used with other vouchers in a single transaction. Any unused value remains until expiry.

Gold VIP Club
• Gold VIP is a paid upgrade for Bead Lover members. Cost and details are available in store or on our website.
• VIP members who spend at least $10 (GST included, after discounts & before postage) in a transaction will receive one free gift per calendar month during their membership.
• A specific discount each month, plus occasional VIP-only specials announced online, by email or SMS, and/or in store.
• Depending on the joining date, some offers may have already expired. Free gifts and monthly discounts do not roll over and cannot be backdated.
• A monthly email will outline VIP specials and gifts. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we cannot contact you about member benefits, including gifts and vouchers. Members are responsible for checking our website or contacting us if an email is not received. Please notify us of any email address changes.
• Gold VIP membership is valid from purchase date until 31 December 2026. Information is correct as of 4 December 2025 and may change without notice. Point conversion, accumulation & voucher values may also change.
• Personal details are collected in line with our privacy policy and are never sold or used for third-party marketing.
• A 14-day cooling off period applies. Refunds (less bank or merchant processing fees) may be requested within this time. If a refund is issued, the full value of any gifts or discounts already redeemed will be deducted from the refund amount.
