What personal information do we collect and store?

So that we can provide services to you, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. Privacy law requires us to collect personal information “about you only from you” if it is reasonable and practical to do so.

How is personal information used?

The personal information that we ask for is generally used to provide goods or services to you. For example, for a product purchase we need your postal address, and for a competition we need your contact details so we can contact you if you win.

We may also use your personal information in other ways to provide you with superior service. This may include using your personal information to advise you of new products and services. Disclosure of your personal information to service providers

There are extremely limited circumstances where we may disclose customer information to a third-party service provider. We will never sell your personal data or distribute anything to any third party for any reason other than circumstances required by law, or those listed below.

  1. Postal or Courier Service: We may provide your personal information to the courier or Australia Post for the purpose of contacting you regarding the delivery and shipping status of your parcel.
  2. Email Service Provider: We may load your contact details into our marketing service portal for emails related to specials and offers. The benefit of an external mail provider is that all marketing emails feature an easy unsubscribe link. Selecting “Do not email me again” will mean we are not able to email you any further information or communications. This is strictly enforced by the email provider. Emails specifically related to any future purchase would still be possible.
  3. Telecommunications Provider: We may provide your contact number to our phone service provider as a result of sending an SMS reminder of an order, credit or gift voucher, for example.

You have the right to refuse the above. In doing so, it may become impossible for us to contact you to advise the status of your delivery, provide the tracking number of your order, or notify you if you have a store credit or a gift voucher about to expire.

Access to your personal information

We will provide only you with access to any of your personal information that we hold. Of course, before we provide you with access to your personal information we will require some proof of identity.

If you require access to your personal information, please contact is via email
